Returns Policy

At My Property Organiser, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into each of our products.
All items are thoroughly inspected by multiple parties at different stages before being dispatched to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Because of the nature of our business and the bespoke handling involved, we have implemented a strict returns policy to protect both our customers and our business.

1. Physical Products
Each of our products are carefully inspected by our internal team and third-party quality control partners prior to dispatch.
As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.

Returns are only accepted if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

The return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Process:

You must email info@mypropertyorganiser.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product with:

Your order number

Photographic evidence of the issue

A description of the damage or fault

If approved, we will provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.

Returns sent without an RAN will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error.

2. Furniture Packs
Furniture packs are made to order, often tailored to the property layout and investor preferences. These are considered customised goods under UK consumer law.

As such, we do not accept returns or refunds on furniture packs unless:

Items are damaged in transit or are missing parts.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographic evidence is provided.

Due to the scale and logistics involved, any returned furniture:

Must remain in original packaging and unassembled.

Will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original item price.

Return costs must be covered by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Quality Control Assurance
All our products undergo a multi-stage inspection process involving:

Internal quality control by our fulfilment team.

Third-party logistics verification.

Pre-dispatch review by our customer care team.
This ensures that only products that meet our quality standards are sent to our clients.

4. Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:

Items returned without prior written approval.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or customer handling.

Customised or bespoke items, including modified furniture packs.

5. Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
